My Grandmothers oldest brother was in the Manchester Regiment, WW1. Died in 1920 of wound related injury. He was a L/Cpl, service number 10465. How do I start looking for information about his regiment.

He wrote a diary which my father in law is "translating", covers his travel from England to France and his experiences.
