Welcome to the forum Robert.
Cyril Burrows served with the 1/5th Bn. Before the Territorial Force soldiers were renumbered in 1917 he had the number 2309.

He arrived on Gallipoli on 22.06.1915, so was presumably part of a reinforcement party, the Bn had arrived on Gallipoli on 06.05.1915. He was entitled to the 1914/15 Star, War Medal and Victory Medal.

He was taken Prisoner of War near Arras on 27.05.1917 while serving with D Company. He was initially held at Le Quesnoy before being moved to Dülmen in Germany where he was registered on 22.06.1917. As far as I can tell he remained at Dülmen for the rest of the war. He was discharged from the army on 24.02.1919.
