Major John Simpson Foulkes DSO - is there a photograph of him ?

I have researched Major John Simpson Foulkes DSO who became a Vice-President of Sefton Rugby Club in Liverpool in the 1930's.

To complete the article I'm looking for a photo/portrait of him, I'm asking forum members if one exists ?
