as my list has 26 Officers and not 27 also there are Officers that
are given the same departure date on their MIC as the Battalion
but did not leave with them.

Captain Theobold and 2/Lt J H M Smith who did leave with the Battalion
on the 14th.
On the 26th August 1914 after the retreat only 8 Officers and
240 men being collected more joined later.

first reinforcements from base.

with the second and third reinforcements of 176 men.
