Thomas Farrance 76090 1st/6th Battalion

This man died in hospital near Amiens 11th October 1919 and is buried in St. Pierre Cemetery. I have found an entry in Soldiers Effects but I cannot find whether he was awarded any medals or when he might have enlisted.

Can anyone please help

Thank you

As far as I can tell there is no surviving service record for him. His war gratuity indicates an enlistment date of September 1918. His overseas service in France would have been after the armistice so he would not have qualified for any medals.
