A thought A kiss A wish

There’s not a day that passes, but what
I think of you,
There’s not a day, but flashes a thought
So true
Thro’ eternal space it travels, like
God’s message from above
Borne from heart to heart on the strong
Firm wings of love.

There’s not a day that passes, but a
Loving kiss I send
To fan the flame of Love, the fragile
Plant to tend
And live again those happy days, sweet memories now to me
Tho’ just like the Beacon’s light they guide my steps to thee.

There’s not a day that passes, but I
Wish you may find
Life’s path strewn with roses care &
Trouble left behind
Tho’ I’m far away from you yet still
You seem so near
So each day I send a thought
a kiss, a wish, Dear.
