Is there anyway I could find which Battalion W. Woods was in, It's not listed on the CWGC site.

If you download his Medal Index Card, it would most probably give you an index number for the medalroll, which in turn would give battalion or battalions served with. Not on line though, but kept in the National Archives.

He was the only one up to now on the Cemetery list that didn't have a Battalion ??? He has now ;D

Is it worth dropping CWGC a line or not ???

i don't think they'll update their records for a battalion, certainly not without some definite individual proof
