Hello Forum .
Thank you for accepting my request to join . I have had a quick look around & the range of information on the Regiment is fantastic . The reason I have found you is , I read an article on the Battle of Hillah which the 2nd Batt took part in . I was amazed & horrified at what happened on the ill-fated day . More so that I had not heard about it before ! Since then I had the great opportunity to purchase two medals from this campaign & from this Battalion . Apart from the Medal Index Cards I managed to obtain , I have not found any further info as to if they took part in the battle or not . Is there a list / roll of all 2nd Batt participants who were engaged I have seen on your fabulous site , casualty & POW lists but no other , can you help
