Norman (Born 1894) was discharged on 18/9/1918, with a Pension for Tuberculosis disease of spine 100% incapacity attributable to service.
Norman died of disease n/k 8/8/1921.  The DC may not state TB of the the spine and TB of other organs wouldn't justify commemoration.
Widows Pension refused to Sarah Ellen[this is his mother]

Norman Sladen's plot at Greenacres was adopted as a War Grave yesterday.  He is buried with family members and there is a headstone with a clear inscription.  Commemoration is complete.
