Enlisted 16/9/1914
Appointed A/Sgt and demoted to Pte for discplinary issues.
BEF 7/9/1915-27/10/1915
MEF Salonika 28/10/1915-20/5/1918
Home 21/5/1918
8 laurie place,whitehall st,rochdale
musician
wife jane
discharged 17-7-18 with stomach cancer 100% Disablement
died 25-1-19
age 31
buried Rochdale cemetery.plot 568C
his grave is just a weed covered patch

I am told someone else is seeking the DC.
Edward died from Malignant Disease of Stomach, aggravated by service.
Jane and 2 children 1909 & 13 lived at 13 Laurie Pl, Rochdale.

DC and Burial record have been submitted by IFCP.
There is no Headstone and I have contact with a family member.
