Infomation required on Joseph Wilshaw

Hi all!,

Long time since on line.

Please could anyone help with an overview of Joseph,who joined the 1/9th battalion on the 5th August 1914.His number being 1992.He served throughout the war so would be good to get an idear of what area he was in and which battles he fought in.He may of been mentioned in the war diaries?
