hi there i am after any info on mark garland 21656? i see from the city batt identity project he was in 23rd batt  A Company 3 Platoon but not in the photo. any info would be grate

If he died in 1933 as Mack says, then there is a good possibility he is the 'Mark Garland' thats buried in Philips Park Cemetery in C of E Section I Grave 663.

Online burial records has date of burial as 26/01/1933.

The grave is a public one with 24 other persons listed in it.

The details on the I-663 grave (See attached photos) seem consistent (age etc) with the info that Mack posted.
