John W. Gleeson help please!

Hi I'm trying to find some information on my great grandfather.

Name: John W. Gleeson

DOB: About 1896

He was the son of Michael Gleeson who was a sergeant in the Manchester Regiment in the late 1800's and during WW1.

John W. Gleeson served in WW1 in the Manchester Regiment and as a trainer for the territorials during WW2.

However I can't find any information on this. Can anyone please help?

Michael Gleeson's paper work is on Find-my-past & Ancestry.

John W Gleeson shows up on his Death Cert. I can not find him on Ancestry.
