Hi Chris,
The 1923 Book - 16th-19th Battalions M/CHr Regiment - A Record 1914-18, seems to be missing.  Is this what people call the 'Official History'?

I've just acquired a copy to assert some proper referencing and ackowledgements.  It seems a useful tome and I thought it should be included in the list??
