Robert highlighted his commemoration on 15th march 2009,i don't know who forwarded his name,nothing was ever known about frank,except he was murdered in Ireland on 15th june 1921.

he was the son of George+edna roughley of 24 Emily st,oldham,he was the third oldest of five sons,died 15th june 1921 aged 21

his youngest brother Granville died on 2-10-2009 and is buried in greenacres cemetery,oldham
