I thought it was done via CWGC.
One of our Mods Tisgranny (rip)
did a lot of work for them.

Have a word with Harribobs he's the one who is overseeing the
war grave section.

Its a website attached to the CWGC but its privately run.

I have pm'ed your other guy but had nothing back as yet.
