Hello,
Can I introduce myself to the Forum...I'm primarily researching the Anglesey-related casualties of the Great War, though with the inevitable deviations into other persons and topics I happen to find interesting.

This gathering of names & details has been going on (with some substantial gaps) since 1973 when I was in school; so if you're thinking of creating a similar list, be warned!  It's never complete!

I'm sure I'll have questions to ask, and in return if I can be of help please do ask.

Kind regards,
Clive

Hi Clive, welcome on board. I've spent some time in Anglesey over the years. During recent visits to Holyhead I've had a look at the magnificent war memorial there and also visited the graves of the seamen from HM Submarine Thetis (later to become Thunderbolt).

Regards
Pete
