May Ijust say what a fantastic bunch of people you all are.
You ave allhelped mesomuch and regarding a regt that is not your own.
I have been able to fill in so many blanks.
Ithink the work that you do on behalf of the Manchesters is a credit to you all and long ay you be able to continue.

As I have said we are frequent battlefields visitors and if Ican do anything for you ,you only need to say.

So glad you dropped by Vera. Don't be a stranger. It was lovely to meet you after seeing Johns grave at Cuckoo Passage. Did you get the Pension Papers? I hope so.

hitisgrannie I'm afraid I havent got the pension papers.
NoI wont be a stranger and if I can do anything for any of you just say.
We are hoping to go to France/Belgium this year but my hubbies waiting for an operation on his hip so nothing is certain as he usually drives.
We may take a Legers tour to get to go and spare him any discomfort .
We took a tour in 2006.Not being very clued up on WW2 we thought we would do it that way to get educated .It was brilliant -we did the D-Day landing beaches and some of the inland battles, we really learned a lot.
We flew to Caen from Biggin Hill on a WW2 Dakota which was an amazing experience.
