I have a feeling that 20110 Richards, E. is my Great Grandfather Edward Thomas Richards.  Unfortunately I have only the one photograph of him, not in uniform and am thus struggling to identify him from the group photo...  I also note from the Forces War Records website that the M/cr Reg't had two Private E. Richards - one is 20110 and the other is 20111.... as if it wasn't hard enough tracing relatives!!!

Remembering Private Edward Thomas Richards

It's probably a transcription error on FWR, according to the online MiCs 20110 is either Harry Pardoe or Walter Holloway, 20111 is Thomas E Richards, later 35400 Yorkshire Regt. The medal rolls should clear things up.
