The Grady Lads

Here are some photo's of 8 out of 9 of the Grady brothers from Mossley.
John was in the Boer war also 2nd & 1st Manchesters for 12 years. and West Riding Regiment.
Isaiah was in Boer war and 2nd Manchesters for 8 years.
Thomas 1st Manchesters for 8 years. At the battle of La B-----(can't make out the name).
Michael 2nd Mans. Somewhere in Belgium.
William, a driver in R.F.A. for 1 1/2 years.
Daniel &  Albert in the West Riding Reg.
Francis & Henry in the Navy.

They all came back from war alive, and their mother (my great grandmother) received a letter from the King congratulating her.

If anyone knows anything of them I would love to hear.
