good idea harribobs, but I think he may have work commitments at the mo  :-\

I can tell you he was born 1884 and married in 1912 he died I think 1955

I am a bit confused as all points to him being born in 1885 ???

The 1901 census to which you refer is RG12/3763/69/19 and shows this Henry as being born in Bradford.  The same +/- search still shows only one Henry Jackson born 1885 in the quarter to September.

Once Mack has checked the AVL's I think obtaining the birth cert may be a good idea!

I hope you don't mind gang but this is a query I got from a chap from genesreunited. He was seeing if I had a link, as my Grt Grt Grandfather was a Thomas Jackson. I was just going through this link and a couple of names are similar and the location.  Just wondering if there is a connection. I'm sure the chap in question won't mind as I offered to help him.

""this is most kind of you on the 1881 census I have it says that they were living at 90 Parker Street Bradford Lancashire Thomas being the head of the family Married age 24 a Smithy Labourer born in Golborne Lancashirehis wife is Mary Ellen (nee owen)a Cotton Weaver born Aston on Mersey Cheshire age 20and a daughter Louisa born Bradford Lancashire age 0 on the 1901 census that shows Louisa 20 and Henry 16 Living with their Grandmother Martha Owen hope your keeping up with this lol Henry is the son.On Henry's marriage certificate dated 1912 it shows Thomas Jackson(Deceased)
thats me so far but still trying to trace Henry's life as he was my Grandfather I just wish that my Dad would have talked about him!!
