Harvey Lewis

Can anybody help me, I am looking for information on Harvey Lewis. I believe he was in the Manchester Regiment and that his number was 376354. Harvey was born around 1896 in Oldham.

his service number would make him a member of the 10th battalion (after 1916)

This is the only one i could find? you may already have this?
I also looked on the 1918 absent voters list for him in Oldaham, but he does not seem to be on it.
