East Lancs Field Ambulance unit with 1/5th Battalion.

I am now on the track of the East Lancs Field Ambulance unit that looked after casualties from the 2nd Battle of Bapaume on the 2nd September 1918.  In addition I wonder if there is an index of personnel treated.
According to a letter I have from the Infantry Record Office Preston.
My 351651 Pte J T Case, of the 1/5th was admitted to the nearest ELFA where he later died of wounds.
