I found this looking for another Boer War memorial ...... hope it helps somebody !  :)

Memorial between Dullstroom and Lydenburg -

Honour the Brave. Erected by all ranks of the 1st Battalion Manchester Regiment in affectionate remembrance of their comrades who were killed or died of wounds received in action near this spot on the night of the 19th December 1901.
