Hello to Everyone, My Father Alfred Bruce  Fusilier 3446833 was taken prisoner in 1940 and taken to Stalag XXB. Is it possible to find information which will tell me where and the circumstances of his capture, and indeed any other information which would help me to develop a picture of this period of his life.

I understand that he was captured in or around the port of Boulogne(not confirmed). He had become sepaerated from his own unit and was captured with members of a guards regt. He was injured at that time and was repatriated in 1943. I can remember him talking about Marienburg(XXB) and Torun(XXA) thats about it I'm afraid.
