Have a look at the Photos and Postcards By Battalion then check out the Far East and Germany photos.
The 1st Bn's time in Malaya is very well documented in Capt Robert Bonner's book "Jungle Bashers".  The book includes some very good photos.  My copy came from the Regimental Museum in Ashton Under Lyne.
