352181 Pte Leonard Chadwick Manchester Regiment

I wonder if anyone could help me with any information regarding 325181 Pte Leonard Chadwick who served during the First World War.

I have downloaded his MIC but sadly it gives no information as to which regiment he served with.
Would any experts on here be able to help me out? the family would be interested in where he may have served.
He was awarded the War Medal and Victory medal. Could any information be gleaned from his service number?

I have checked the Ancestry website but could not find his service records on there.

Any information however small would be a great help.

His 6 digit service number is a 1917 issued Territorial number of the 9th (TF) Bn. The Manchester Regiment, raised in Ashton-under-Lyne.
