Help with MIC

Could someone help with this MIC, I have never seen one with so much writing on it

Hi Nick, you need one of our experts to cast an eye over this MIC. As you said I've never seen so much writing on one either.
I noticed the word forfeit and forfiture but really can' understand the rest. I'm keen to see what it all means too.

Moses Crook pte 2818, 1st Battn

first went to war in France 12 Jan 1915

was awarded 14/15 star, British War and Victory medal but they were forfeited and returned under Kings Regulation 392 para 11, ie Misconduct!

Are we looking at a Court Martial here, it must have been pretty bad to have his medals taken off him.

I would say yes to a Court Martial it looks like he lost his medals around July 1921 at a CM  and was restored them in 1924. If he was still serving in 1924 his service record will still be with the MOD Glasgow.

Thanks everone.
He is listed on the Wigan war memorial, but i can find no info on him apart from his MIC, thanks for the advice about Glasgow i will give that a try.
