Claimed disabilities were rheumatiam from exposure and life in trenches, commencing Feb 1916, and effects of ague from Jan 1915. Myalgia attrib. 30% disablement. Born in St Helens 1967? Formerly a lead worker, of 37 Pocket Nook Street, St Helens. His only named relative was an uncle, William Connor of 46 Pocket Nook Street, St Helens. Died on 25/07/1919 from disease (myalgia?) and buried at St Helens Cemetery, plot 32.271.
