Pte John Murphy

Hi All,

I have been researching my great grandfather John Murphy who fought in World War One. I have his TA service number and his regiment number. I  can find his medal card which lists a victory medal.

I'm trying to piece together where he fought and struggling to work out his battalion.

 Can anyone help?
