Pte 3890 John Lavelle

John Lavelle had been a 'Body Builder' when he enlisted on 24/08/1914.  He was posted to 3rd Bn on 10/07/1915 and joined 11th Bn at Gallipoli on 23/08/1915.  Evacuated with myalgia and posted home to Depot on 15/10/1915, John was discharged unfit with Diplopia on 10/02/1916.
John Lavelle died from cardiac failure on 05/04/1916, aged 26. The son of Emily Lavelle of 1223 Twelfth St, Trafford Park.
No known connection with service.
