Vernon Alexander Rozycki, 6902 Manchester Regiment (439901 Royal Engineers, also 242846 East Lancs and 380589 KLR). Born at Westminster 04/07/1875 to Alexander & Matilda Rozycki, and married to Minnie Nay in 1902. Lived at 3 Wilson Street, Plaistow, and employed pre-war as a "press corrector" for a newspaper printer. Was apparently an inmate at West Ham asylum around 1906. Enlisted 11/12/1916 and discharged due to sickness on 07/09/1918. Died from pulmonary tb on 23/03/1921, not known if this was related to military service.
