The grave site on Flickr is to be discontinued.
« on: July 30, 2022, 09:13:29 AM »
 To all members

Firstly I would like to thank all the contributors to the Grave site on Flickr.
Sadly it is time to stop paying for the site and close it down.

When Tis died Chris took over her baby (the grave site on Flickr)
After several years he didn't think it was worth paying for it any more as
there was very little interest in the site.
I wanted to carry on keeping the site, out of memory of  Agnes Ebrey, (Tisgrannie)
so I took it on and thanks to Charlie we have been paying for the site between us for a few years.
I'm now of the same mind as Chris and feel that the site is no longer worth
keeping as no-one or very few people ever visit the site.
I've mentioned it on here as there is a little while until this years subscription
runs out, but both me and Charlie don't feel it's worth carry on with it.

I will not be renewing the subscription for the Flickr site.

Thanks for keeping it going this long Neil.

For anyone interested Neil and me have photos of all the Far East POW graves that we are aware of plus a few from the Burma Campaign and a couple pre 1942 in Kranji Singapore (2 cemeteries in one area).
