Arthur is my uncle on my Dad's side. He served in Malaya '53-'54, I think. This was for National Service.
I was just wondering if anyone knows of him or has any information, photos of him? I do know that he is in one of the Battalion pictures in Jungle Bashers. He kindly let me borrow his signed copy of the book, but would love to have my own copy at some point. In more recent times he was one of the flag bearers for the Victory Parade up in London.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Harry
There is a picture on page 70 of the Jungle Bashers of 7 Platoon 'C' company at kulm
in 1953, with a Corporal Harrison.

Below is a picture taken with a phone of Corporal Harrison.

Hope this is who your relative is.

Bingo. That's my uncle. I've seen that picture before when I borrowed his copy of Jungle Bashers.
