Hi,

I am researching and hunting for hopefully a glimpse of my Great Grandad Edward Carney.

I have found many documents for him (enlistment forms, Letters, conduct sheets) and I know the below information, but still have not found a photo of him.

Short Service enlisted:
25.03.1915 (age 30)
Reg number : 12765, 19/2928
Rank: PTE 25.03.1915, Le/Cpl 12.06.1915, Cpl 31.07.1915, L/Sgt 04.10.1915, A/Sgt 06.12.1915

Regiments: 3rd Manchester, 19th Manchester, G.B.M.R 1st and 2nd.

I know he was involved in the Munitions side and engineering and there were letters toing and froing requesting him(which made me very proud, he must have been very good at his job) :D

Any help to find out more or even a photo would be amazing.

Many thanks

Davina
