Trying to find information on my Step Grandad Thomas William Ferguson

Hi,

I have been searching for my biological Grandad for quite a while and he just isn't popping up anywhere....so I thought if I find my Step Grandad I may get some information on both as they lived on the same street.(all be it a big age difference Biological 1914, Step 1930)

His name is Thomas William Ferguson
DOB 5.5.1930
in Kendal Westmoreland, but moved to 6 Bell Street, Manchester
Mum: Rosetta Frederick
Dad: William Edward Ferguson
Siblings: Christopher James, Mary E, Alice, Guy Alexander.

any help would be fantastic.

After speaking to my brother, he remembers our nana talking about the Royal Engineers, he thinks that was for Robert Hall but not definate.
