Tim Bell

Pte Perrin enlisted on 16/8/1909. He served overseas with 2/10th Bttn after 1915.
Fred was discharged with SWB and Pension on 18/4/1918, aged 26y 4m.
Fred died from Nephritis – Suppression Uraemia in Southport Infirmary on 8/8/1921.
Widow Emma Mary & daught Emmie Abberley (B 24/9/1917), 94 Shellfield St, Southport. Pension Awarded.
No evidence the disease relates to service.
