John had been a Collier when he enlisted in 21st Bttn on 28/1/1915. He had previously joined and been discharged from 2nd RFA? For a stomach ulcer.
John was discharged at Heaton Park on 17/6/1915, aged 29y 10m. Teeth very bad and continuous Dyspepsia?
John died at a date prior to 24/9/1918
age 32

resided 84 wellington st,stockport
