William Kirkland died from endocarditis (heart disease apparently valid as VDH) at his parents home. A railway clerk. His father was present.

A reversal here. Endocarditis isn't close enough to justify commemoration without evidence of connection with VDH.

Have you checked with Terry? I've put forward a few similar cases.

Tim Bell

I did Paul.
" Endocarditis is an infection which can have many causes. Checking back our similar cases have been rejected unless a specific link is made in the full pension records – which are missing in this case."
I'm pretty sure I had a similar case pushed back too. Heart conditions seem a challenge.
