Tim Bell

Pte Lockwood had been a cotton pinner when he enlisted on 13/10/1914 and served overseas with 2/9th Bttn, when he became A/Sgt. BEF 4/3/1917 to 26/7/1917.
Thomas has a knee injury playing football on 23/6/1917. Attib to service. He had an operation and was discharged 14/10/1918, having requested to revert to Pte..
Thomas died cause n/k on 23/12/1919.
Widow Hilda 25 Let St, Stalybridge. Pension refused.
