Tim Bell

Arthur Kirby had enlisted in the Cheshire Regiment in 1884 and served in Egypt, Burmah, India and A Africa.  He re-enlisted in the Manchesters in 1914 aged 48y 11m. Service at home & transfer to Reserve  14/3/1919. He received a disability pension for Bronchitis (Attrib) & Rheumatism.  Service or Pension records don't state agg att or comm. Arthur died from disease 20/2/1920. Mother Eliz, Felsgarth, Sheepsfoot Ln, Heaton Park.
