capt/adj nisbet was accompanying B.coy under the command of capt knox and Lt scully on the left side of the sunken lane,where they drove back the germans,it was here that capt nisbet was shot through the head.

2199 George Irwin was gravely wounded on this date,died the same day,he lived in Salford
