Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. We are publishing a new book on the Battle of Kohima in the Spring of next year and would like to quote some words from The Battle for Kohima 1944 by R. King-Clarke, published by Fleur de Lys Press, but we cannot find an email address or phone number.

Does anyone know who commissioned the work? Or indeed does anyone know how we can contact Mr King-Clarke?
