Looking for info on Staumühle and Lichtenhorst PoW camps

Hi,

I'm Looking for info on Staumühle  and Lichtenhorst PoW camps. Both WW1 German camps. I know where they are but I'm looking for photos, descriptions of camp conditions, routien, diet etc
