The abbreviations MW and C in the previous two columns refer to the type of grave and memorial.

I’m the local CWGC Eyes On Hands On volunteer and RSM Parker’s grave is on my patch. Sadly the rules are very strict for Personal Markers (none CWGC Headstones) we can only tidy the grave and not allowed to clean the headstone. Should at any point the name or headstone become unreadable then the commission will replace it - so sadly it is what it is, however I do attend to the grave at least 3 times a year and also place a RBL cross in remembrance each year.

Good work D Cross.  Having carried out the research I had a pint in the pub where he lived with his inlaws.  Glad to heaqr you're keeping the headstone tidy.
