Enlisted on 04/09/1915, discharged on 04/04/1919 (medal roll says 09/10/1919) due to sickness. Pension card gives disability as tachycardia, not stated if due to or aggravated by service. Widow Sarah Jane Hines, 43 Cooke Street, Failsworth, Preston (presumably this should be Prestwich)? Died on 15/03/1920, cause not stated.
