I've just read this very interesting book which is based on the letters and diaries of Kenneth Best who was a chaplain in the 42nd Division and in particular to several of the Manchester Regiment's Territorial Battalions in both Egypt 1914/15 and Gallipoli, from where he was eventually evacuated due to sickness, like so many others.
Several Manchester men are mentioned (not many) but it does give a very good flavour of the campaign.
Edited by Gavin Roynon in association with the Imperial War Museum: ISBN: 978-0-85720-225-3.
Several available on Amazon.

Mack,
There are a couple of mentions of burying Manchester men but can't see any names of those buried but a few names are mentioned for other things.
