O'Brien 1920

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me please; I'm pulling together a family tree and have come across the surname O'Brien; I have no other details other than him being an Irish soldier in the Manchester Regiment who was stationed at the regimental barracks in Ashton-under-Lyne in 1920; I understand they were renamed the Ladysmith Barracks in 1921. Is there a way I can find a list of anyone stationed there with that name in 1920? I'd like to learn more about him.

My mind is running wild! so please can you tell me where you found him as stationed in the Barracks in 1920 ?

and how old do you think he might have been in 1920 ?

Thanks for your interest.

Two of my wife's relatives died recently, husband and wife, and it seems they'd started a family tree. As we've now taken up the mantle, we've been looking through the details they'd collected and found a scrap of paper that mentions "O'Brien, Irish, Manchester Regiment, Ladysmith Barracks, 1920" .

It may prove to be nothing, but we just don't know.

Concerning his age, I honestly don't know.

I now have some initials and numbers to try, in order to figure out which, if any, of these is the one being referred to.

In the images you've very kindly provided, I'm taking the first column to be the soldier's service/regiment number, but what is the final column?

Is it something that could help us further identify them?
