Would anyone have a copy of the war diary, for September 1915.

Why don't you download it off the Nat Arc site? I have the 6th Mancs. Can we post all the PDF's in one place on this site so we can all share the original diary down loads? It will be up to the Administrators. I wonder if the Natioanl Archives would allow that? T

i'm not sure they'd allow us to set up in competition to them !, however we do have copies of most WDs

i can't see that wouldn't be a problem at all

if you're thinking about writing them up.....  why not do a battalion history for the main site???? we don't have one for the 6th

I was looking for info around the 21/9/1917, perhaps a couple of days before.
I know the man i am looking for was killed in a mine explosion, i would like to know what they were doing leading up to his death
