well I looked at that angle of her knees and your right its odd. actually if you look at the photo there is no sign of a chair at all!! so she could just be pretending!!! really they should have given her "the Comfy Chair" I think!!   :)

just to update on this photo, I am now reliably told that Charles William Holiday is the soldier in the centre of the photo. also as I would like to add it to the Manchester Regiment page photo gallery do I do something in particular or can you just upload it from here ok?
